How it works
From the first call to the final walkthrough.
01
Call or text
Tell me what’s going on. I’ll ask a few questions and give a ballpark.
02
Site visit
I come look, write up the scope, and give you a flat number. No surprise change orders.
03
Do the work
On the day. Clean workspace, no surprises, done before the day ends.
04
Walk it
We walk the job together before I leave. Anything off, I fix it on the spot.
About
One person, one truck, one call.
Licensed for the work that needs a license. Same person shows up to look at the job and does the work. No call center, no sales rep, no subcontractor.
Common questions
Quick answers.
How do you price a job?
Flat rate after a site visit. I look at the work, write up what’s included, and give you a number. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons.
What’s the service area?
Fullerton to Downey. Northern Orange County and southeastern Los Angeles County. For work just outside that range, ask — depends on the week.
How fast can you come out?
Small jobs are usually same-week. Re-wires and bigger work are usually 1-3 weeks out. The first call takes 10 minutes.
Are you licensed for electrical?
Yes. Electrical is pulled under my license, signed off, and inspected when required.
Do you pull permits?
When the work needs one. Panel upgrades, re-wires, and new circuits almost always do. I handle the paperwork and the inspection.
What about the small stuff — TVs, shelves, fans?
That’s most of the week. If it’s on a wall, ceiling, or in a box, I probably mount it.
